Today, it’s extremely hot, so showering and deodorant does fuck all for my odor. I thought I could get away with having my arms pressed to my sides at all times, but instead, a boy I don’t even know physically lifted my arms above my head and loudly declared that I stank. FML

I don't understand the big deal. Probably if it's was so hot, you are not the only one with body odor. I would just have answered, yes, that what happens when it's so hot people smell.

You can pursue clinical treatments to reduce whatever's causing bacteria to collect on your skin (it causes the foul odor) more than the average person and laser procedures to temporarily burn away your sweat glands (they grow back after months) Talk to your doctor or seek a dermatologist. Also, there are antiperspirants you can buy online.
