Today, I had decided to fast after my cheat weekend, because I gained four pounds. I'm aiming to be 103 lbs, but after my cheat weekend I was 106 lbs. Somehow, my weight is not moving at all and I've been fasting for two days. I don't think I can do this anymore. FML

that's not how it works. fast too long and your metabolism slows down to compensate for the lack of calories

You have to keep eating, but at the same time burn off more calories than you eat.

First of all, if you only weigh 106, lucky you. I'd happily trade with you. Second, fasting is a terrible way to lose weight. You're basically starving yourself, which could do serious damage to your body, including sending you on the road to things like anorexia and bulimia. You still need to eat even when you're on a diet. Just watch what you eat, and mind your portions.
