Today, I dropped my car off at the dealership for a bumper replacement due to a hit and run in a parking lot. After being told it was ready, their shuttle picked me up, and backed up into my just-replaced bumper. FML

At least you don't have to pay for the second one...

Well, at least you don't have to have it towed to the shop. Hopefully they'll pay for the repairs caused by their shuttle driver.

Did the bus driver learn to drive on the bumper cars?

Here's hoping they hook you up with a new bumper 😃

Why would you need a shuttle if your car was parked behind the shuttle? I'm confused

If you live within a certain distance of the dealership, a shuttle can pick you up from your home. I'm assuming they arrived and the shuttle driver tried to park beside his car, re-hitting the bumper!

I'm sure the dealership would cover the repair cost, it was their fault. At least the dealership I previously worked at would.
