She's not your wife and the stuff is legally yours. You can even call the cops on her. But not for the kidney, that is legally her's.

Well it sucks. But giving her a kidney does not make her your slave and/or obligate her to stay with you. If she didn't want the relationship anymore she did the right thing by breaking up with you.
