Today, after finishing a test, I decided to draw to pass the time. My teacher looked at the drawing and gave me a referral to the principal for drawing an "anti-Semitic picture." I'd drawn Superman. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, at work I was bored so I started to doodle on MS paint. My boss walks by and asks me to join him in his office. When I do so, he fires me for drawing offensive material. I drew a rainbow. FML
Today, I was in class just taking notes and minding my own business. The teacher has already called my parents twice complaining about me. As we are taking 3 pages of notes she grabs mine and rips them up, saying that she is sick and tired of me drawing. I was drawing the graphs on the board. FML
Today, I finished my classwork and my homework early. Since we weren't allowed to leave the room, I decided to draw. My teacher noticed and gave me detention for "goofing off" when I should be doing my work. When I told the teacher I was already done, they gave me a second detention for "attempting to defy them". FML
Today, during a class, I noticed some racist statements and symbols on a table. While erasing them, I bent down to pick up my dropped pencil. I look back up to see a teacher, and got a suspension. FML
Today, my principal made me visit "anti-violence" classes because I had a picture of me threatening a man with a gun on my Facebook page. It was taken during the school play, where I was acting as a gangster and the gun was just a toy. The principal saw the play. FML
Today, my six-year-old son called to say he was suspended from school for drawing some “pretty flowers.” Confused as to why that would warrant punishment, I took a look and they were swastikas. He’s inconsolable. FML
Today, my teacher "busted" me for writing down answers on my arm for a test. The so called "answers" was just a duck my little nephew had drawn on my hand the night before. She's actually trying to get me suspended over it. FML
Today, I was in art class in which we were drawing mythical creatures. I spent the entire hour and a half drawing a Minotaur, which turned out extremely well. It turned out so well that the teacher thought I had traced it, and told me to start over right before the bell rang. FML
Today, I was bored at work, so I started doodling a big muscly arm on my notepad, including bulging veins. After I returned from lunch, my boss called me into his office. Apparently the mail clerk saw and was offended. I was asked to explain why I was drawing a person's 'private area'. FML
Today, in art class, our instructor called me up to the front to model for a drawing. I agreed to pose because it was nice to be called on, and I needed a self-esteem boost. He then thanked me, saying it's a great exercise for the class to draw such strange proportions. FML

Are you sure you didn't accidentally draw SuperHitler? It's actually a common mistake.

Remember, when Superman flies he has both arms extended, not just one.

I guess I could kind of see your teacher's reasoning, stupid as it may be. Supposedly, Fredriech Nietzsche (sorry if I misspelled it) in his most noted work, Also Sprach Zarathustra, talked of the "superman", which was meant to represent aryan supremacy. However, his boo

I guess I could kind of see your teacher's reasoning, stupid as it may be. Nietzsche in his most noted work, Also Sprach Zarathustra, talked of the "superman", which was meant to represent humanity's ultimate goal; however, the book was misinterpreted by the Nazis for Aryan supremacy, sadly.

55- fair point about the government buildings. However, I would like to point out that there are restrictions on gun ownership that A) vary by state and B) often exclude those under the age of 21 from owning handguns. My assertion about voting rights stands. Additionally, while I did exaggerate about the constitution having no bearing in a classroom (I thought my hyperbole would've been evident from the "pfft," but I guess not), there are laws that prohibit minors from doing things that adults are permitted to do. These laws do not infringe on the Constitution, and there are certain buildings wherein some of the Constitutional rights are suspended, schools being one.
