Today, I found out that when they put "Take with food" on the side of antibiotics, what they really mean is "Take with food because this stuff is gonna liquefy everything in your G.I. tract, and make you have to run out of the middle of calculus for the worst diarrhea ever." FML
I agree, your life sucks 30 316
You deserved it 10 967

Same thing different taste

Don't blame the anitbiotic. Calculus can give you the *****. Especially if you have a bad teacher.

I NEVER leave comments! But the way this fml is written is SO good, i needed to leave a message. FYL because i haven't met a single person who actually READS those things.

Wow, lucky you. >.< I found out my antibiotics meant "Pick the take-after-eating part, because you'll only get nauseous for an hour, instead of puking your guts out if you follow the take-30mins-before-eating option." I hate antibiotics and I feel your pain.

I have a bad MRSA infection, and am on clindamyacin. It says that you can't lie down for 30 min after taking it. Guess what? I did, and passed out. I spent 6 hours in the hospital. The drugs' side effects are so awful I prefer the iv.

the lying down is to prevent gastric irritation and reflux.. the passing out would have been an unrelated side effect that would have happened regardless

yeah, cos instructions are given with medication for no reason....
