Why the hell anyone would want to stay with someone where there is zero sexual desire for each other is absolutely, utterly beyond me. Especially if you are not married.

You either split up now or later. But splitting up after getting married is harder and more expensive. Make an exit plan and move on. The relationship will be DOA on wedding day.
