Today, I confronted my boss for his inadequate contribution to our work. He accepted his inadequacy and apologized for not doing enough. He now expects me to work on everything single-handedly, since he has already clarified his inadequacy. FML

But isnt that what he did? he said he sucked at what he does, only he made OP do the work. Often times the employee will have loads of work dumped on them by a boss. its just how life works man.
