Today, my fiancé of two years told me he was bored of me and he'd just prolonged the engagement to see if anyone more interesting would come along in the mean time. He was upset because no one did. FML

I've stayed 13 years with my wife for the same reason! And I wouldn't be surprised if that was also the reason she stays with me! ;)

perhaps that's his way of expressing how much he cares for you. I mean, we all are "in the market" no matter who we are with b/c everyone keeps themselves open to some degree. And this guy just wanted you to know how special you were.

being loyal and actually acting like a husband as he is going to be soon is a much better way of expressing how much he cares. I sure hope she dumped his dumb ass. He is making excuses go get out of the relationship.
