You poor soul. After some physiotherapy, perhaps work on your insecurity. Take it from me who lifts weights and exercises frequently. Being physically fit is one thing. But doing it for someone else rather than for yourself is unhealthy. Mental fitness is just as important and you made it worse by permanently injury yourself as well as possibly your self-esteem. Find an equilibrium between physical and mental fitness. Have a nice and speedy recovery.
