Unfair dismissal

Today, I got fired from my new job. It was the start of my third week, and I got fired for not opening the store. The manager forgot to give me keys to open the store, and was two hours late. FML

Why didn't you give your boss a wake-up call? Your #1 priority as an employee is to make your boss look good. Letting him oversleep made him look like a lazy, irresponsible ass. Yes, he's a lazy, irresponsible ass, but you're supposed to cover that up!
