Today, I was opening and sorting mail for my boss as part of my job. One package was delivered to the office instead of his home by mistake, since his house is next door on the same property. I didn't notice until I had opened it. I had to hand my boss an opened box of toys. Kinky ones. FML
Today, my package with two brand new toys got delivered to the wrong apartment. Somewhere in this apartment complex, a stranger is either judging me or having the best day of their life. FML
Today, I finally received the vibrator I ordered online. Too bad they labeled what the item was on the outside of the box, and my dad was the one to pick up the packages. FML
Today, I received a package from Amazon that was supposed to contain the book I needed for my open book final exam tonight. They must have mixed up my order, because the box contained a large pink dildo. I think the universe just told me to get fucked. FML
Today, my boyfriend and I realized that the vibrator we bought got sent to his parents house. He picked it up from them, brought it home, and we discovered that they had already opened the package. They even tried to hide the evidence by re-taping it. FML
Today, I received my package. I ordered a vibrator, I was so excited to use it, but when I was finally ready to use it, I found out that it broke during the delivery. FML
Today, my boyfriend and I ordered sex toys online and had them delivered to my dorm room. I put my parents' address for the billing information because I didn't want the bill sent to my dorm after I moved out. The toys were sent to my parents' house instead. FML
Today, I was expecting a package from Amazon, so when the doorbell rang I rushed out in my pajamas. It wasn't the delivery guy. It was my ex and her new boyfriend, here to drop off some of my old stuff. I'd answered the door wearing an anime onesie. FML
Today, I was told by Amazon that a belt I had ordered was arriving. I grabbed an Amazon package out of the mailbox without even checking who the package was addressed to. I now have an awkward apology ahead of me for opening my stepbrother's box of condoms. FML
Today, a package was delivered to my house, addressed to me, clearly marked "Sexual health products." Inside were condoms, birth control pills, and an invoice made out to me. My parents went ballistic and grounded me. Whoever staged this "hilarious" prank: well played, asshole. FML

Why are you assuming that he opened the package? And besides, I think he is being nice calling her, he also could have just thrown the package in the garbage.

Maybe so, but in this case, it would be hard to prosecute. The package was delivered to him, by mistake, so it’s hard to call him a criminal for being curious.

Its UPS, an independent company, not government. Not Illegal, UPS could go after the ex for value of item or they just eat the cost/refund shipper so OP can get her items again. if it was USPS, her Ex would be in a lot of trouble if he opened it. It's nice enough that he called though?

He’s probably laughing at you because now you have to pay money to get a “package” delivered to your door, when you used to get free “package” delivery at home. Or was his “package” delivery the problem in your marriage? Maybe he was delivering the “package” to the wrong address?

I call B.S on delivery to last known address. They're responsible for getti.g to the correct address which is why there are tracking numbers on every package. UPS doesn't just leave them at addresses not on the label unless it's a neighbor who signed for it.

My only thought is that if OP has a UPS account, you can add alternate shipping destinations if first attempt is not available. But even then, rarely do my UPS packages require a signature unless its a high-end item from an electronic/phone store.

UPS does not deliver to the last known address. They deliver to the address on the package.
