My Dad would've beat me so badly with a belt and his barehands if I ever did this,I would'nt call child abuse though,because kids these days are horrible.

Well if you think about it in a completely scientific light there are certainly groups of people that should not pass on their genes. Also, selective breeding of humans could really speed up our evolution (at least in theory).
