I am sure there is something out there for your issue op. i would google specialist or maybe try mouthwash every few hours, at school so no one can speak badly of something you can't help.

Biotene mouthwash helps. Keeps your mouth from getting dry which adds to the smell. (: good luck op!

Seriously though, OP, if your breath is that bad you should see a dentist, because it likely means there's something medically wrong with you. My dad had chronic bad breath once, and it turned out it was because he had an infection in his gums. Once the infection was cured, he didn't have bad breath anymore.
