That is pretty ****** up, to be honest, but unfortunately, they are his kids and so it is his choice. Wait until they are 18, and legally emancipated (if 18 is the legal age of emancipation in your state/country/region) and then contact them if you still feel the same way. That way you have behave completely impeccably and they and he will have nothing to reproach you for. They will also be mature enough to decide what they want.
Is he also a serial killer named Arthur Mitchell who builds houses for Four Walls? And you try to cover for him by killing Agent Lundy so the police wouldn't find out about him?
Heartbreaking. Personally, I'd call everyday until he manned up.
Show up on his doorstep with a copy of your birth certificate, and a "welcome to the family" present for the new relatives.
#144, do this one. except explain it more indepth, if it was a text, DO NOT DELETE IT! make the piece of shit squirm for what he tried.
be happy and this is life
I actually know how you feel. My father, whom I've never met, told me the same thing two years ago. Freaking sucks!
uhm, I don't think so. Show up to the house unannounced and make sure you give a piece of your mind infront of his "family" No father should pull off shit like that towards their children. If he is living with them or not.

he's an ass
Tell him that he can't contact you either because it would be awkward explaining to your new dad.
