Stupid people that jump straight to law suits. Grow the hell up, its no wonder America is laughed at. Such stupidity and immaturity. Just take it to HR and the guy gets canned. No need for a lawsuit then huh? Easier solutions than a silly lawsuit.

That's sexual harassment. His behavior is unacceptable. You need to start documenting everything (get dates, times, witnesses) and go to your HR department. You have rights, if you don't have an HR department, go to his boss. Even better, contact the EEOC.
im not completely this is a truthfull post due to the fact that had this boss said anything of the sort at any work environment said bitches would be scrambling to file various sexual harrassment suits not to mention reporting said management personel to the hr section namely the e.o. represesenative. soooooo if it is a truthfull post then y da faq u no already dooz dis?
FML would not of been my first choice in resolving this, and I would of found it funny for a day, but then it needs resolved.
Please say you've contacted your HR department, and or your bosses' boss if there is one.
