Today, I'd signed up to try a workout class at the gym. However, as soon as the instructor started the class, I realized it was much more intense than I had anticipated. I ended up passing out and had to be carried out of the class by the instructor. FML

Today, I had a draft paper due that I hadn’t written yet. I decided to skip the class to avoid embarrassment. Later, I went to change my major and was told to go to room 223 to talk to the English department head. I knocked on the door and the professor whose class I'd skipped answered. FML

I thought classes usually started with an introduction and a review of the syllabus. I guess you didn't start to take notes until after that?

It's possible, my friend had 2 classes with the same teacher. One of the classes he wasn't in consisted of most of the people from his class, so yeah. Do the math

#28, maybe if you're in elementary school. At my high school, we literally started of the first day with tons of work. Although I really cant see how the notes didn't give away what class it was.

OP, If you were REALLY paying attention, wouldn't you have noticed that possibly the teacher would have said the course name in the introduction to the class? Or is it same subject, diffrent classroom?
