That is standard procedure when you get a tattoo. Calm the **** down. It's not the end of the world.

I have a lot of tats and the ONLY place that didn't get shaved as part of the regular procedure was inside my lip. That wouldn't have ended well...

Really not an fml they either shave u or u have to shave the spot before u get ur tattoo no matter how hairy u r

They tell everyone that :P Don't be offended. I am an extremely hairless person when it comes to my body, but I had to shave my lower abdomen when I got my first tattoo.

Every girl and boy has to shave for a tattoo. The hairs can mess up the ink. You are not any different then 99.9% of other females.

You have to shave because it can cause an ingrown hair, and you can get an infection.
