Today, I was in the shower 'grooming' myself for my second anniversary with my boyfriend. Halfway through the hot water ran out. I now have the choice of going with the low 'half-fro' or risking hypothermia. My boyfriend thinks hypothermia would be the better option. FML

Today, due to plumbing issues, I had to choose between a goosebump-inducing cold or skin-blistering hot shower. This is the 7th day in a row. My husband says it shouldn't be more than another week before he "gets it figured out". FML

Today, I flushed the toilet while my boyfriend was showering. He responded by throwing a huge fit, saying how if he “gets a cold” from being “forced” to shower in cold water, I’m gonna “have to stay home and take care of him until he’s better.” FML

Today, I turned the shower on the hottest setting so it would warm up quickly. I started to sing and dance around the bathroom. I got too carried away and pelvic thrusted the water, which I hadn't turned back down. FML

Today, I had a planned 12-hour power cut for maintenance work, which I'd forgot all about. In need of a shower before work, I spent 45 minutes boiling pots of water on the stove to take a lukewarm, 6-inch deep bath, before realizing my water heater runs on natural gas and was working fine. FML

Today, I went down to my accommodation office in fiery wrath, demanding that something be done about my three-days-cold shower. Looking dubious, they sent someone back with me. really? hypothermia? you could take that shower outside in russia, you still wouldn't get hypothermia. you need to be wet and FREEZING. not just cold. seriously, my house by the time i have a shower theres five minutes of hot water left. know how long i shower? half an hour. dont be a wuss.

Bullshit. You are saying cold temperature cannot kill you? It has nothing to do with wet or dry... hypo/hyper thermia has EVERYTHING to do with temperature and time. Stick to something you know. You won't sound like a teen who has no credibility.

also, it IS possible to shave without being IN the shower, just use shaving cream and rinse the razor in the cold water. jesus christ, im a guy and i know that, how the hell can you not?

Like everyone else has said, ydi for being such a moron- a cold shower will NOT give you hypothermia. And if you let it grow out long enough to be a full on 'fro' I can't blame your bf for wanting you to finish the job when you actually shave.
