Today, I was going to ask this girl I love to homecoming. I set up a scavenger hunt, and my friend led her through it. At the end of the scavenger hunt I had a note that said, "Homecoming?" She said yes and hugged my friend. When I told her it was me who was asking, she laughed and said no. FML

Today, I decided to ask my friend to the school dance, which is one where the girls ask the guys. I spent hours placing signs down his street so he would see them on his way home. As I was waiting in his driveway with balloons, I saw his car reverse and go in the opposite direction. FML

Listen sweetie, don't listen to these people. You had an awesome idea, but the mistake was letting another guy lead her through it. Actually the mistake was not telling who set up the scavenger hunt. She may not have even did it, if she had known it was you. It was rude of her to laugh in your face. However, I am sure you learned a lesson from all this. There is a girl who likes you, but I am sure you are overlooking her.
