Today, I was at an amusement park with friends. We wanted to get a picture of all four of us, so we asked a nice-looking man to take it for us on my brand-new iPhone 6s. He took something. Unfortunately, it wasn't a picture. FML

This is why you use selfie sticks. Or just take a regular selfie, four people can fit in one with some creative positioning. Heh, wordplay. ;)

I feel bad for you, but handing a complete stranger something valuable is kind of asking to have it stolen. :/ It's just the world we live in now. By all means do what you can to try and get it back, but otherwise consider it a lesson learned and moved on.

Use find my iPhone. Those phones aren't worth shit stolen because of the security on it

always a good idea to pick someone you can outrun to take a picture. even better is someone you can outrun with kids/a family.
