that's awesome
Although I know that must've been disappointing on your end OP, your boyfriend is ******* hilarious
Some guys need more direct acts of obviousness. Get your girls in his face!
Depending on the game he's playing that can get a girl punched in the face.
Yup. Always make sure he has recently saved his progress before attempting distractions. I like video games and I like sex, but sometimes it's like offering someone a chocolate cake when they're enjoying a beautifully cooked steak. The response will usually be 'no thanks, steak time now'.
And some guys need to play their video games. Sex is a two-way street. If one party is not interested, it won't be fun.
If one party doesn't want to, I'm pretty sure that's a crime.
I'm sorry; maybe it's time to have a serious talk with him?
Why so serious?
Cause he doesn't want to jump in bed at that exact second? As a girl gamer I really think video games are totally misunderstood. Join him op, most fun I've ever had with my husband!
Bit irrelevant but it always makes me cringe when people call themselves 'girl gamer'. Just say gamer, why is the fact that you're a girl necessary information?
I thiink 29 means video games are misunderstood by other women who don't realise how fun it'll be to join their husbands in playing and that it isn't just a 'guy thing', which would make her gender relevant, otherwise I agree with you.
Extremely well put
That's the second best response he could've given
I feel dumb that it took me a second to understand that...
Lol i moderated this one
That's pretty funny actually. I get that you wanted to get hours attention, possibly for some sexy fun time, but keep in mind that just because you may want some, doesn't mean that he does in that time and moment. Sometimes people just need their space and chill out, and in a healthy relationship both partners recognize and respect that. ☺ Not that I'm saying you don't, OP. FYI, though. Try again in an hour? If all fails, play video games with him! That's pretty fun too. :P
#10 gets it
I think it's the same for both genders, straight mem get told off for not being manly, straight women get told 'he'll get it from somewhere else!', usually from other women. People are silly.
#24; agree. especially in pop culture/jokes it always "ugh damn woman faking a headache to get out of sex" and things like that and no one is sympathetic to her not being a 24/7 sex machine. but hopefully in real life (especially in relationships) it's not like that. ...well not in a healthy respectful relationship anyway.
Off topic, I think that is the first time i've seen an emoji in a FML comment haha
#43: I didn't even realize that until you pointed it out. XD
@27 my main problem with the headache excuse is that you shouldn't use an excuse to begin with, but rather you should just say you're not in the mood and aren't interested. A healthy relationship would be accepting of that and move on with their day
I need a life
