Today, I started dreaming about being at work. I already work more hours a week than I requested, and I live right across from my work and can see it out my window. I can never leave. FML

Time for a vacation. Take some time off if you can.

You can quit any time you like but you can never leave.

Well at least the commute is manageable.

I know! I'd be THRILLED if I could just walk to work. Traffic is horrendous in my city (and most places). Having no commute would almost be life changing.

It would be nice to walk to work, but I'd like to be a few streets down so I can't actually SEE it.

Do you by any chance work at Hotel California?

As someone who spends four to five hours a day commuting to work five to six days a week I'll tell you right now OP you got it good. Just hang in there and look forward to your next vacation and go some place relaxing.

I can relate, I used to work for a railroad that I lived next too. I would work till 1am then go home and dream that I was still working. I usually ended up waking more tired than I was when I got off work. It will end after a while.

How are you not completely bat shit crazy yet, OP?

Op you sound kik an involuntary workaholic

If you are a tranny hooker, you shouldn't be so lazy. Walk a few blocks away. Problem solved.

Just a few years ago, people were complaining about not having work, now the problem is too much work. I guess the economy must be improving.

Well, at least there's no commute time or worry about gas prices or bad weather?

This is exactly how I am. I just got a job in August and it's across my street at the mall since I can't drive. I dreamed they said I had to come in at night a couple hours after my 9 hour shift. I bet you it will go away. Hopefully it's a job you enjoy at least a little..
