Today, I realized I'm getting my period pretty soon. How? I started crying and throwing plates because I thought we were out of sweet bread. FML

Today, I was showing the guy I like something on my phone. My period tracking app decided it was the perfect time to tell me that I need to stock up on tampons, because I'm getting my period tomorrow. FML
Today, I woke up to realize I got my period a week early. The day of the after-wedding brunch. In a sort of remote area. Without pads or tampons. I need to be at the breakfast in a half-hour. FML
Today, my girlfriend is on her period. She hugged me, crying because she was going to miss me. Where was I going? To the store down the street and back. FML
Today, I found out that I puke and then pass out at the sight of blood. I am a 16 year old girl expecting hundreds of periods to come. FML
Today, I'm on the last few days of my period. After nothing came out the whole day, a dollop of blood suddenly poured out, somehow managed to entirely circumvent the giant pad I was wearing, and went straight into my underwear, pants, and the chair I was sitting on. FML
Today, after I went in for surgery, I came out of extremely anemic from blood loss. As soon as I got home, I started my period. FML
Today, I had to go through the embarrassment and pain of telling my parents I was pregnant. I took the test and it came out positive and I was freaking out. I got grounded for the rest of the year and they're really disappointed in me. Five minutes ago, I got my period. FML
Today, while sitting on the toilet, I noticed there was no toilet paper left, so I dug through my purse to use my one and only pad as a substitute. It clogged the toilet, and I started my period ten minutes later. FML
Today, at a family reunion, my dad announced to everyone that I'd finally started my menstrual cycle. My grandmother started sobbing hysterically. FML
Today, I realized how emotional I get around my time of month when I cried because a cheese commercial was so "touching." FML

Agreed. If this was a guy, nobody would think that hormones were an acceptable excuse for things being broken. Expecting a free pass because you're a (possibly) PMS-ing girl is ridiculous.

I hope you still have a job by the end of your. Additionally I also fear for the safety and well-being of your co-workers. I imagine falling down and cutting my wrist on one of the broken plates would probably take your mind off your problems. Glad I could help. Why is it that people expect others to be kind, compassionate and understanding when they are having a bad time and think everyone else is a jackass when the others are having a bad day?

I hate it when women blame their behaviour on PMS and their periods. Yeah, you might have cramps, pain and hormonal behaviour... but that doesn't mean you should stuff and act like a crazy person. You give us all a bad name.
