YDI. If she's young enough to do that, you should watching her better. Parenting fail, and you can expect many more if you're that bad at keeping an eye on her. Worse, she could get hurt.

oh my god, shut up with blaming it on the parents. kids will be kids. you can't expect any parent to sit there and stare at their kids all day. why don't you lock them in a bird cage and feed them through a tube too? there's a limit to how much you can watch your kids, you know. small children's brains aren't developed yet to make rational decisions, so no matter what their parents do they're always gonna do crazy things. that's what being a little kid is.
