Today, I get to stand in the unemployment line for the second time in a year because my company can't pay me. My parents own the company. FML

Hmm seems the family business isn't doing so well. You might want to either consider a new job, or get them to file your employment legally instead of having them pay you an "allowance".

Umm if I'm not mistaken don't you have to be employed first to be eligible for unemployment so he is on the books and not paid by "allowance" or else he couldn't get unemployment

Yeah grow a pair and tell them to pay you money they don't have. Real good advice genius might as well tell them to give you a 20% raise while you're at it. It's not about paying what he's worth it's about having money to pay at all.

But then you got to buy guns, and once you start selling marijuana on someone elses territory you got to figure out all the turfs, one you find out the turfs you realize that you could be making more money with protection in a gang, once in the gang, you have to spend money on more guns, tatoos (to ink up your body to show loyalty). And when your gang gets in a gangwar, you have to revenge other gang members. I suggest finding a part time job or work at UPS

I know its a bad situation but think about it, they can't treat you any better just because you're family, they have to treat their workers the same and aren't supposed to be biased towards one employee.
