So it was an expensive ugly dress? Did you really think the price tag made it better? Most people will recognize ugly for being ugly, and a cute dress for being cute. Few people will recognize expensive for being expensive.

That's what I always thought. I'm pretty sure my boyfriend and I did... nothing for that anniversary. Or maybe we went to Chinese buffet, I don't recall exactly. But hey, different strokes, different folks, or something like that? It's her money she wasted I guess.. but I'm sure her boyfriend won't hear the end of it for a while.
