Today, I told my new hairstylist that I like Jennifer Aniston's look and that I'm trying to grow my hair out. She gave me the "Rachel" haircut. FML

Because you still have to trim the ends of because of split ends. A trim is healthy, even if you're growing your hair out.

Exactly. When it comes to hair and someone says "Jennifer Aniston", the first thought will ALWAYS be the Rachel haircut.
