Today, my friend PayPal-ed me some money to tide me over until my school loans come through. For a transaction description, he wrote, "To get back in that pussy game." It got red flagged, and I had to talk with three female customer service agents before it went through. FML

Today, I was finally paid back by a friend who wrote a check out. Not really looking at it, I went to the bank to deposit it. As I handed it to the teller, I noticed that he had written "sex" in the "for" memo. FML

Today, my friend sent me an online money transfer. After forgetting the password and locking myself out of my account, I had to phone up the bank and have it reset. I was prompted to answer the security question, which was "What, what?" I had to say "In the butt." to get my money. FML

Today, I used the last dollar in my PayPal Tap to pay to get myself a little something for work lunch. The register glitched just before the transaction finished, but it still took the money. No cash, no lunch. FML

How did he pay for this horseshit, and how did I found out? My PayPal account sent me emails, telling me that several purchases had been made, but too late for me stop them. FML

@9: Money transferring services are responsible for monitoring the money that is sent. Once, my uncle tried to wire me some extra money to have fun with in Vegas as an early x-mas gift. He called it "gambling funds"; since you are not allowed to place bets for people out of state when you are in Vegas, it got red flagged and they didn't end up letting him send anything. He even had a business account with Western Union.

@4 - I agree with you on the basis that they SHOULD'VE thought it was funny, but the fact that the OP makes a point to say they were females, and that he was directed to three of them, leads me to believe that they didn't at all. Lame. I'm a female, and I think I would've laughed my ass off if I saw that! At least it went through though! This would REALLY be an FYL if now there's some sort of "mark" next to your name to monitor any and all future transfers...

Actually, prostitution IS legal in the UK... but advertising (soliciting), streetwalking, and brothels aren't. Kinda makes it difficult for the hardworking *****, doesn't it?
