TIME TO SUE!!! That's revenge ****!!! Screenshot the evidence and take it to court! It's time to end revenge **** (I'm also a victim so I know how you feel). Litigation shall be justice and justice will prevail. SUE THE PANTS OFF HIM! I'm very sorry this happened to you. OP. People who commit acts of revenge **** are low-life subhuman degenerates. They don't deserve any form of pleasure, only an ass whupping. Please sue and get therapy since this is most likely emotionally damaging. My ex gf and ex bestfriend conspired against me and posted nude (slightly censored...) photos of me after petty accusations on a premise of lies. Luckily I called his mom and quickly was forced to deleted them before anyone could screenshot it. I was still extremely close to suing both of them. Everybody said they were sorry for me and that they were wrong for doing that so revenge **** is growing more frowned upon. Be safe out there and never let anybody humiliate you to such a deplorable degree.

I think the pants were already off him in the video, so suing seems redundant. Joke aside, yes, posting revenge **** online is very illegal, sue away!

So sorry that happened to you, I can't imagine how you are feeling about that.. and since you know he did it, take as much evidence as you can in the form of photos showing the profile details of his page, share it to yourself in a message if you can,. photos and anything else you can think of and take it to the police because that's illegal.

I love how everybody is like "sue him cause that is illegal". If it is in fact illegal, the issue is a criminal one, not a civil one. Additionally, only 41 of the 50 states have laws on the matter. If they don't have laws for that, you can sue for a few various things at that point as a means to an end, but civil cases work very, very differently than criminal ones.
