Your husband is an idiot and you deserve much better as well. If you have proof of his infidelity (I guess he was if you are still married and he is already going with someone else?), you can get the jackpot during the divorce. You'll be better without him. Good luck

Sucks but hubby isn't wrong, if you don't value your partner's qualities it only makes sense to find a partner who's qualities you do and you don't really get to choose who you like or how you feel about people. That said a key part of a relationship is to be your partners best friend and it really feels like hubby isn't interested in playing that role anymore. It wouldn't do any good for him to try to pretend.
