There is a definite flaw in your thinking, 14. Have you not worked before? There are laws about sexual harassment and the employer can be sued or something if he or she HELPS the "harasser". The "harassee" has every right to ask for the manager's help if she can't control the situation herself. The manager should also be notified so that he or she can take measures to prevent that from happening again (whether that means banning the guy from the store, or something else).

9 out of 10 times the customer is wrong. My 4 years in a grocery store has taught me that. I only do as they ask to avoid creating a scene and ultimately whacking them in the head with something hard.
