Maybe the twins are alike, but the quality of the girlfriends affects the reactions to the pregnancies.
I am so sorry OP. It depends on where the person is in their life, personalities, where you are at in the relationship. Kids are a lot of work and everyone freaks out at one point or another because they’re responsible for a tiny tiny human being and if they mess up they’re going to be the first person who may be blamed. He may be freaking out if he is insecure in your relationship and is dealing with it the way he feels everyone expects him to. Who is the most levelheaded non-judgmental person in the family? That is who you may want to talk to. Talk to him and share your worst fears about being a parent and just be honest with him. That may help him open up if he knows he is not alone in these fears.
yeah twins are usually only alike in looks. personality, maturity, likes/dislikes, and temperaments are almost always polar opposites. also you don't dare intervene in a fight between twins...they will forget they were fighting each other and both turn on you in an instant.
Did you know that he didn't want kids? Was it ever discussed? Never assume anything, especially that he's like his brother. Also, if this is a dealbreaker for him, secure child support.
You have to remember, not everyone wants kids. I was like your husband when my first wife said she was pregnant (yes we used protection) and I was upset, but after a week or so, I actually started looking forward to us having a baby. Unfortunately, she miscarried, but today, after adoption and marrying another woman, I have lots of kids and love it
I mean congrats on your pregnancy but you're dumb to think twins don't have they're own separate personalities.
I've definitely had gf I am forever grateful never got pregnant, and others where if they had I'm confident we could have made it work.
