Today, my boss threatened to write me up, after I made a slightly rude joke about a coworker everyone hates. A while later, a colleague told me the same joke. Turns out my boss had gone around telling it to everyone else and taking all the credit. FML

You could always do what my coworker did and grab a write up sheet and write your boss up...my bosses never messed with her again :)

I feel bad for that coworker. Sure we don't know if the guy is a dick, or super sweet and everyone hates him for no reason. It's still hard to be hated, especially on this level. ;-;

What a dick of a boss. But sounds like to me you and your whole workplace are as well. It's very unprofessional and just plain rude to spread mean jokes about a fellow co worker. Shame on all of you
