Man I remember a few years ago I got rid of Comcast because they sucked. I don’t remember specifics, but I think my rate doubled or something after a promotion was over. I begged and pleaded with customer service to find a way to lower my bill and they were like “haha fuck you no” because their customer service reps were just all uncaring, soulless dicks. So I canceled. Comcast proceeded to bombard me with mail, calls, and even an at-home solicitor, begging me to return and offering me these amazing rates. I was like “haha fuck you no.” Like really they couldn’t cut me a deal on my cable, but spent ALL this money and resources on getting me back after they forced me to cancel? I was like this is all bullshit and your business model just really sucks and you could at least pretend to care about your existing customers, you heartless bastards. I still don’t have cable today. Yeah I “cut the cord” because I’m just some whiney millennial, right? Sorry no you’re just a dick and I’m not putting up with your bullshit. Sorry this turned into a rant lol. Fuck cable. Well, fuck corporate greed and stupidity that’s what it all boils down to.
