Today, my boyfriend told me one of the main reasons he started dating me was because I have the same name as his ex, whose name he has tattooed on his back. FML

Makes sense to me. I am sure your name was just the primary reason to look closer. He still choose you for who you are. I wouldn't let that affect things for you. Good luck! :)

Yup makes sense, it's a stupid reason but people get together for all kinds of crazy reasons and then it grows into something more. As long as it's not STILL the reason, just appreciate how things worked out.
