Just hope they werent booing cuz they hated you. Same thing happened to my band in high school. Freshman year. The jokes came til the beginning of my senior year. It sucks. Now that we are in college, we have more respect. It just tskes time- the first gig is always the hardest

I think booing before you start playing makes the audience look bad, its better than booing at your performance.
