She has an addiction. She needs to realize that and get a handle on it. I did the same thing on an international trip I took solo, with ******* Clash Royale of all things. I realized I needed to rein it in and have worked on it since. Your gf may not realize it now, but she will come to regret it. Hopefully you guys can get through it together and she’ll be able to move away from her device. She may need to talk to a professional or find a support group.
