Today, I'm starting a new job. Only problem is, I haven't been told what my duties are, who my line manager is, or who to ask if I need help. FML

unclear job expectations are, unfortunately, fairly common. just do your best, talk to your peers, snag the soonest opportunity to get classification. through all that, keep the best attitude you can!

That sucks. My first 3 days at my current job I was completely on my own, my manager was on vacation and there was no one to train me.
