Today, someone sent me disgusting private pictures, all because he asked if I wanted to swap pictures and I said sure, but I didn't think it was a different type of picture and not just selfies. FML

I guess you don't know what "swap pictures" means. It means nudes and dick pics. If you find his genitals "disgusting," ghost him. The rest of him is even less appealing.
