Today, my mom and I were looking at dresses for me at the mall. The cashier pointed out a dress, and my mom said, "She's definitely not going to fit into that. She's too flat-chested." FML

Yeah, I don't believe it happened like that. Most states in the US are right to hire and saying anything like that to a customer would be grounds for being fired.
