Why are we ignoring the fact that her boyfriend filmed her giving him head while she was clearly too drunk to consent to being on video? He sounds like a sicko frat type who has probably cheated on her by giving other chicks roofies before, hence the fact that he didn't defend himself. She is better off!

Why would you think she was too drunk to consent to being videoed? If she was able to consent to giving head, she was probably able to consent (or not care enough to say no) to being videoed. Since we can't see the video we wont know if it was a surreptitious video or not.
