Well you could have mentioned its the only browser that you can control at an enterprise level. Chrome has no GPO and you can't make it downgrade compatibility for custom subdomains. Bit I'm guessing you're service desk.

I feel internet explorer comes with flash as default. All other browsers ask for flash it updating flash

well in companies it IS superior since everithing is programmed for it and not other browsers. quite normal. Companies have to put efforts in websites if they want to work with all browsers and not the one that comes with computers.
