I had the same thing happened to me with 10lb incased raw hamburger that my friend bought when we went grocery shopping together it was horrible!
Now you can stop blaming each other for the odor problem
So you can cook an egg on a hot engine block, but not a chicken under the passenger seat. Next experiment!
Did your shopping not come with a receipt?
The receipt wouldn't do any good if it was rung up but not bagged.
Check your receipt if it's on there it should be in the car...I had the same issue with dish soap but my car smelled quite good for awhile
It ws in the car, they forgot/missed it, and left it in the truck and it spoiled
"forgot to ring up". You didn't bother to check the bill to see if you paid for it?
...A whole chicken can fit under your passenger seat?
That happened to me, with a piece of salmon durring the summer. My wife and I both thought the other had grabbed it and put it into the freezer. Didn't use my truck for a few days and almost passed out when I opened it. I was tying fabreeze and lysol cans in it for weeks to get the smell out. i feel for you.
Maybe next time try not to forget a...whole chicken?
