She may be too dry to find pleasure in sex. I'd ask her WHY. Scared of pregnancy? Pain? She isn't connected to you anymore? She has another man? There may be a fixable reason behind this. You might need couples counseling, if you need more than cuddling and foreplay.

This fml is missing a few details. Did she only tell you this and not provide a reason? I think after being married for so long that you would definitely at least ask why after the wtf factor wore off. Sorry OP, your situation does suck.
