Ask her when she started thinking about this, what she began feeling and thinking and how this relates overall to your marriage. Maybe there have been little things going wrong sexually in the past few months. Maybe there's something deeper like about raising children or not having any.

Thats completely up to her; if she doesn't want to have sex, she shouldn't have to. Talk to her about any issues, but don't pressure her- its her choice.
