Today, my phone reset, wiping the touch ID on my credit card. I can't remember the password so I'm locked out. I tried 'forgot password', but you need to have the physical card. The card is tucked away in the bank lock box. The key to the lock box is packed in one of the 150 boxes we have prepped to move. FML

So let me get this straight, you're moving and you left your cards in a deposit box? Why? That was just plain stupid. When you're moving have your cards on you, a good amount of cash, ID's, and an extra set of key on hand.

Ok everyone, to the tune of 99 bottles of beer on the wall; 150 boxes on the floor, 150 boxes, open one up 'n kick it aside, 149 boxes on the floor....! FYL

Perhaps you should send me your account numbers and passwords, I'll keep them in a safe place, and you can call me if you get in a similar situation in the future.

What could go wrong?

this is definitely a halfer. ydi because you should never put your cards away somewhere in case of emergency. same goes for keys. but, of course. FYL because that is definitely a time killer. I hope everything works or worked out for you

Sucks bc I see you didn't expect your phone to do that, but YDI because you should never keep important stuff in boxes when you pack. Keep em on you or in a carry on.
