I'm surprised people are so tolerant of this. I'd be on the opposite side: get proof, dump, sue. (No, I'm in fact not American). That shit could ruin your career without you even knowing, not to mention mess up relationships. Sure it's fun, but that picture was sent in confidence, not for the world to see.
