I'm sorry for your loss...really...but if your dog was small enough to be scooped up by an owl, then he wasn't a real dog. he was just a toy. next time get a real dog that...one that eats owls instead of being eaten by them.

Most medium/big breed puppies are really small too so they can also be picked up by owls. my friend had her puppy taken away by a bird and it was a boxer.
