I feel your pain OP. Chest acne sucks, I too battle with it. It doesn't seem like your boyfriend minds you having it though. Seeming as he's comfortable enough to touch it, and joke around. I wouldn't worry about it to much :)

Hydrocortisone for your acne(if it bothers you) and cling film (saran wrap) across the door frames at head height for your bf (he'll look like a drug crazed ninja if he walks into it without seeing it)
